External project management

The aim of external project management  is disposal of project managing offices to the external managing company to provide project realization in fixed dates, with the quality required and in frames of the budget (costs) planned.
The use of such service becomes efficient when the company progresses very fast and doesn’t possess sufficient internal resources to manage new and current projects. Or when the company  prefers to focus on the core activities while outsourcing non-core activities to external professionals.
The tasks of external project management are:

  • to guarantee the execution of the project in time and qualitatively

  • to provide the observance of company’s interests while interworking with contracting organizations

  • The planned activities are fulfilled according to timelines planned. In case of deviations special activities are worked out to eliminate them or motivated decisions are taken to correct the program sheet under the powers of external manager. When the problems occur that can not be solved under the powers of the external manager these problems and the variants of solution are escalated to the customer.
  • Regular monitoring of project cost is made: all expenses are counted, the project reporting  is formed about total project cost. In case of deviations the situation is analyzed and motivated decisions are taken to correct the project cost.
  • Regular reporting for the for the company management about the current project including the analysis of working plans execution, reports of the problems and risks, the estimation of project budget fact.
