Support manning at Hauzak-Shady section of Dengizkul mine includes provision of uninterruptible system software and hardware resources operation.

PCS infrastructure of  Hauzak-Shady section is a human-machine interface of industrial automation, technological process control  and  supervisory control. Powerful PCS tools provide essential functional possibilities that help the personnel to get and identify information very fast. The present system made it possible to improve production capacity and efficiency.
Process Control System is built on Rockwell Automation program-technical facilities.  ControlNet data transmission protocol is used for connection with remote system nodes;  Modbus protocol is used  for data organization on commercial expenses and gas component composition. The human-machine interface of the system is realized on the basis of  SCADA (Genesis32).
The project started in 2007, at present the works on the project are going on.
