The main goal of the conference is to provide its participants with an opportunity to share business management experience. Presentations will feature speakers from LLC LUKOIL-PERM, OJSC Perm Research and Production Instrument Company, LLC Perm Financial and Industrial Group and other companies of the region, as well as the Perm Krai governmental authorities. A representative of IDS Scheer Russian Federation and CIS (Moscow), the global leader in independent business process and performance management, will serve as an expert at the conference.
The conference will include several presentations by business leaders and the Perm Krai government authorities, consultations by specialists, interactive demo-stands, as well as informal networking and sharing of experience related to the following issues:
- control over the enterprise strategy execution
