Parma-Telecom has announced a partnership agreement with Open Text Software Austria GmbH, a global leader in enterprise content management software. Pursuant to the agreement, Parma-Telecom receives the status of an Open Text Global Alliance Partner.
Open Text is the world’s largest independent producer of ECM applications, the only specialized company among the four global leaders, which takes 22% of the world market, following IBM. Open Text software is used by over 20 million people working for 46,000 companies in 114 counties.
One of the significant advantages of Open Text software is its multi-functional integration with SAP ERP. 60% of Open Text clients have SAP business applications.
SAP recommends using Open Text document flow solutions along with SAP applications.

Parma-Telecom specializes in the implementation of Open Text Livelink ECM which provides a whole toolkit for corporate document management in integration with SAP ERP. Currently, a pilot project of implementing Livelink ECM in LUKOIL Overseas Service Ltd. (Moscow Branch) and LLC LUKOIL Uzbekistan Operating Company, LLC is being completed.
