November 12-13, 2007 Parma-Telecom specialists shared their experience in IT projects portfolio management with the participants of the 4-th International Conference of PMI Moscow Branch on Project Management “Project Management – standards and profession”.
The main topic of Parma-Telecom presentation became the practice of IT projects outsourcing, built in the large oil-and-gas holding company. The main effect for the holding became the solution of the problem of fast and efficient reaction to business demands, time of key specialists release and professional and secure IT projects fulfillment in set time and budget limits.
Professionals in project management from more than 50 Russian and foreign companies took part in the work of the Conference. Among them: PMI representatives, IT & Telecom SIG, Program Management Office SIG Projectlink, PM Soft, Russian Project Management Association.
