Currently there are about 300 employees in Parma-Telecom, including over 110 certified consultants holding professional certificates (SAP, Microsoft, Oracle, Documentum, 1C, PMI, IPMA, ITIL). The company employs specialists from western companies, who import international best practices and work procedures. At the same time Parma-Telecom welcomes young specialists with their ideas and enthusiasm.
The total consulting headcount is over 230 people, including:
